Make Chicken Masala Biryani (Street Style) today
Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) cut 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) cut 3 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) hacked ½ Cup
- Podina (Mint leaves) cleaved ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) cut 4 enormous
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2-3
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ tsp
- Laung (Cloves) 6-7
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 5-6
- Adrak lehsan glue (Ginger garlic glue) 3 tbs
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tbs
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Lal mirch powder (Red bean stew powder) 1 and ½ tbs or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
- Chicken with bones 1 kg
- Chawal (Rice) Sella/Basmati 1 kg (drenched and bubbled until ¾ th done)
- Javatri powder (Mace powder) ¼ tsp
- Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
- Pani (Water) 1-2 tbs
- Zarda ka rang (Yellow nourishment shading) ½ tsp or as required
Directions:
In bowl,add onion,tomatoes,fresh coriander,mint leaves,lemon juice,mix well and put in a safe spot.
In pot,add cooking oil,onion and fry until brilliant dark colored (approx. 10-12 minutes) and take out half amount of singed onion and hold for later use.
Include green cardamom,black peppercorns,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves,green chilies and blend well.
Include ginger garlic glue and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Include water and blend well.
Include coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,paprika powder,red stew powder,salt and blend well.
Include onion and tomato mixture,mix well and cook until tomatoes are delicate.
Include chicken and blend well until changes shading.
Spread and cook on low fire for 8-10 minutes at that point cook on high fire until oil isolates and take out in a bowl.
In the equivalent pot,add half layer of bubbled rice and spread it.
Include cooked chicken and include staying bubbled rice.
Include mace powder and nutmeg powder.
In water,add yellow nourishment shading and blend well.
Promotion break down nourishment shading and seared onion,cover and steam cook on low fire for 10 minutes.
