Deep Dish Pizza Recipe By Food Fusion

Ingredients:

  • Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ tbs
  • Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup
  • Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups 
  • Makai ka atta (Corn meal/Maize flour) sifted ½ Cup
  • Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tbs
  • Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) 3/4 Cup or as required
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
  • Tamatar (Tomatoes) peeled & chopped 3 medium
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Knorr Tomato ketchup 1/4 Cup
  • Knorr Chili garlic sauce 2 tbs
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
  • Chicken boneless cubes 300 gms
  • Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
  • Soy sauce 1 tbs
  • Ice cubes crushed 1-2 cubes
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Cheddar cheese grated as required
  • Pyaz (Onion) slices
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
  • Black olives
  • Cheddar cheese grated as required
  • Mozzarella cheese grated as required
  • Black olives Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed

Directions:


In little jug,add moment yeast,cheeni,water and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In bowl,add universally handy flour,corn supper/maize flour,salt and blend well.

Include cooking oil,dissolve yeast blend and blend well.

Step by step include tepid water and manipulate until mixture is shaped.

Include cooking oil and massage once more.

Spread and let it rest for 30 minutes or until twofold in size.

In saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic and onion,mix well and sauté until translucent.

Include tomatoes and salt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes,cover and cook on low fire for 4-5 minutes at that point mix until smooth with the assistance of the hand blender.

Include knorr tomato ketchup,chili garlic sauce,dried oregano,dried basil leaves,black pepper crushed,red stew crushed,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes and put in a safe spot.

In chopper,add chicken boneless cubes,black pepper crushed,red stew powder,dried oregano,salt,garlic, soy sauce and slash until very much joined.

Include ice cubes,chop again and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Oil free base dish/springform skillet (8 inch round) with oil and sprinkle corn feast/maize flour and put in a safe spot.

Ply mixture again,sprinkle dry flour and partition into halves.

Take one part,make a ball and turn out with the assistance of moving pin and move to the readied preparing container and set appropriately.

Include mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,chicken mince,onion slices,capsicum,black olives,prepared pizza sauce,chedder cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives,capsicum and red bean stew squashed (makes 2).

Prepare in preheated stove at 200 C for 35 minutes.
